The Weird Journey

Gardemet. I wrote an article last week, and apparently, there was something wrong with blogdrive. Now I have to write it all over again.

Anyway, I mentioned in my recap about my transferring to UP Diliman's Landscape Architecture. Here's a typical making-new-friends conversation:

"Hi! I'm . And you are..?"

"I'm Ouchie" sabay smile. (more)

Recap

Hwow. This has been the longest gap that's ever happened in this blog.

Truth be told, I haven't even logged on to blogdrive, and I had no plans of visiting at all. Talk about breaking promises. I'm as bad as GMA [read: "I will not run for president"]. Pero I have my reasons. I just wanted people to think I've given up blogging. Basta.

Okay, so, quick recap on my 3-month break.

1. I've passed my Chemistry 14 summer class. Barely though. But I ain't complaining. I didn't really do my best [as to everything I do]. I gotta admit, I've improved. My professor, Mr. Robidillo, was one of the best... (more)

Yeh yeh yeh! Tis my 18th burday!

Haha, they say a 'baby is now a lady'. But I seem to be an exception. I'll always be a kid. :)

Sorry, no debut. Truth be told, throwing that traditional party ain't really worth my time, energy and money. So what we did is we ate lunch in Mandarin Oriental in Makati (excellent service, very comfortable, yummy and healthy food), and went to Glorietta to buy a new laptop. I'm using it now. Mwehehe.

My gifts? So far, it's this new laptop, and my new phone from Mama. And I'm perfectly happy.

Tomorrow I'll be treating my friends to lunch at... (more)

I live in an organized family. Too quiet. Too careful. Never chaotic (sometimes there'll be a little gulo, and yes, that would be me who caused it). Every action must have a plan. Should there be some slight changes in that plan, it should be totally necessary.

I guess that's why I kept planning my barkada's and my friends' outings in high school. It's not that I'm good at it. More often than not, the outings we've planned would be cancelled due to some circumstance (tinatamad and flat broke, most likely), but planning's fun. Especially when I imagine the outcome.

So nobody's more... (more)

Moment of Weakness

More than a month.

Huh.

I said that I'd never give up on blogging, yet there's this huge gap in my calendar between March and April contradicting my promise.

Pardon me, but I suffered a moment of weakness.

There was this big part of me, while going through tough times and sleepless nights, that wanted to just stop blogging. I'd even stopped dropping by my site. It occurred to be that it's just damn pointless, why would people even read my narrative about what I ate this morning, and what I did tonight?

I guess it's your choice to read my blog.

That big part of me... (more)

We were actually supposed to go to Taal volcano since yun yung nearest destination na ultimately related sa Geology, kaso during that time (last week of January), medyo may volcanic activity pa siya. So there, we ended up in Tagaytay's People's Park in the Sky, which was literally what it was.

Contrary to what I expected since we shared the bus with another course, the bus ride was really fun. Lucky for us, JC brought his guitar. He knows a lot of tunes so marami-rami rin kameng nakanta. And lucky for me, Kokoy, my seatmate, was a future band singer (he sings amazingly well, parang Alex... (more)

January 24-28 was the Department of Physical Science and Math (DPSM) week, so halos lahat ng math and science related subjects namin hindi nagmeet. Yehey for us kasi ang Dentistry eh puro math and science related ang subjects. :D Pasaway nga lang ang PE (soccer), CommII and NSTP, pero ayos lang, we still almost got the week off.

We had the urge to do something out of the ordinary (like eating and sleeping, among other things) kasi we had the opportunity naman. Needless to say, I planned a surprise trip to visit one of my kabarkada in Los Banos with Karen, since both of us had this... (more)

Hwaahaaaw!

So far, this has been the longest blog break I've ever had.

My sincerest apologies, my dear readers. Yes, I've missed you all dearly. And no, I have not given up blogging.

I don't want to make excuses, but the past month has been (and still is) really TOXIC. And that's without exaggeration. I'm kinda surprised pa nga na I'm still alive, breathing and functioning properly. Lol.

So anyway, I hope you guys don't mind if I recap my (mis)adventures during my blog absence, coz A LOT has happened that I really want to remember in the future.

Ayun, read on na lang!... (more)

Hindi naman obvious na mahal na mahal ko ang aso ko no? Hehe. Seeing these pictures, I feel like a proud mom.

But I treat him as my lil bro, since I don't have one. Tuwing dadating kame sa bahay, sobra siya kung kumahol. Pero pag ibang tao, hindi niya kinakahulan. Instead, magtatago na lang siya sa sulok niya. Toink. Reasoning namin dito, kinukwentuhan niya kame pag tumatahol siya. Hehe.

Sobrang dami rin niyang kiliti. Just pat him on his back, magshishiver na siya. Pag tumihaya naman siya, rub his belly or chest, gagalaw ng kusa yung hind leg niya.

And get this: takot siya sa mga... (more)
